Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Ingo IT. In short: clear pricing, 14 days to change your mind, and we fix problems.

Who we are

Ingo IT, Mereltjesstraat 10-A, 4884 MK Wernhout, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 55954510, VAT NL002253644B74. Reachable at info@ingo-it.com and +31 (0)162 248001.

Applicability

These terms apply to every offer from Ingo IT and every agreement between Ingo IT and you as a customer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The offer

Prices in the shop are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping unless stated otherwise. An evident mistake or error in the offer does not bind Ingo IT.

Forming the agreement

The agreement is formed once you place the order and Ingo IT confirms it by email. Ingo IT may refuse an order or attach extra conditions for good reason, for example an earlier unpaid balance.

Right of withdrawal

You can cancel an order without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt, as required by law. Report this via info@ingo-it.com; see the Returns page for the full procedure and any return costs.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed software or licences whose seal has been broken after delivery, nor to products made or configured specifically for you.

Price and payment

Payment runs via iDEAL, card or Klarna at checkout, or on invoice with 30 days' payment term for approved business customers. If payment is late, Ingo IT is entitled to charge statutory interest and reasonable collection costs.

Delivery

Ingo IT delivers with the care that may reasonably be expected. Stated delivery times are indicative; exceeding them does not give a right to compensation, but does give a right to cancel the order if delivery is unreasonably delayed. Risk of damage transfers to you on delivery.

Conformity and warranty

A product must do what you may reasonably expect of it — this statutory right exists independently of any manufacturer warranty and does not lapse when that warranty ends. See the Warranty & RMA page for the procedure to follow.

Liability

Ingo IT is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential loss and lost profit. Ingo IT's liability is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the order concerned, except in case of intent or deliberate recklessness.

Force majeure

In case of force majeure — including disruptions at carriers, suppliers or in Ingo IT's own systems — Ingo IT may suspend performance. If the force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, you may terminate the agreement free of charge.

Complaints and disputes

Report a complaint about the performance of the agreement within a reasonable time via info@ingo-it.com; Ingo IT responds within 14 days. Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court, unless the parties agree on another form of dispute resolution.

Changes

Ingo IT may amend these terms. The version in force at the time of your order remains applicable to that order.
