You have 14 days to change your mind on everything in the shop, as required by law.
Email info@ingo-it.com with your order number. You receive a return label and instructions within one working day.
The product is complete and undamaged. Trying it out is fine — as you would inspect it in a shop.
After receipt and inspection we refund within 5 working days via the original payment method, including outbound shipping.
Returns within the Netherlands and Belgium are free. Outside the Benelux we reimburse € 9.95 of the return cost.
