Ingo IT processes your data to deliver your order and to help you. Nothing beyond that.
Name, address, email, phone number and order details. Payment data runs through our payment provider; we never see card numbers.
To fulfil your order, handle warranty and keep our accounts. The statutory retention period for accounting is 7 years.
Only with parties needed to deliver: carrier, payment provider and accountant. Never for resale or advertising. With your consent we measure visits with Google Analytics; that data goes to Google Ireland Ltd. With your consent we also use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) for heatmaps and session recordings to improve the shop. Decline statistics cookies and nothing is loaded or sent. With your consent we also show the WebwinkelKeur reviews widget; decline marketing cookies and it isn't loaded.
We care that reviews give as accurate a picture as possible of our products and services. Our reviews are therefore managed impartially by WebwinkelKeur; at www.webwinkelkeur.nl/page/geverifieerde-reviews you can read what measures they take to guarantee the authenticity of reviews. Our customers are never rewarded for writing a review — no discounts or other gifts are given. Product reviews on our own site only come from customers who bought the product from us: after shipping they get a personal link per product. We publish positive and negative reviews unchanged and only remove one that is offensive, unlawful or not about the product.
We collect reviews via WebwinkelKeur's platform. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you're required to provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you for clarification about your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur; they use this data solely to invite you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties to provide its services, which we have authorised WebwinkelKeur to do; all the safeguards described above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.
Besides the order confirmation and the shipping notice, we send three emails that belong to your order, each at most once per order. If an order was placed but the payment wasn't completed, we send one reminder within 48 hours with a link to complete the payment. A few days after we ship your order, we ask you once for a review via WebwinkelKeur; we don't if you have a return or warranty request open for that order. For this we only use your name, email address and order details, based on our legitimate interest. If you bought consumables such as toner, ink or paper, we send you one reminder a few weeks later to reorder the same items, with a link that puts them in your cart; we do this as you are an existing customer, and you can unsubscribe in every email. You always have the right to inspect the data we process that relates to you. Request this via info@ingo-it.com; you'll receive a response within 30 days. If we grant your request, we'll send a copy of all data to the email address we have on file, along with an overview of the parties holding it.

We may not be able to continue our services in that case, since the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Ingo IT. If you object, we immediately halt the processing pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is upheld, we'll make copies of the processed data available to you and then permanently halt the processing.
