The HPE Smart Array P408i-a SR Gen10 is a 12G SAS modular RAID controller with 8 internal lanes and 2GB cache. It supports RAID 10 ADM configurations and delivers a maximum transfer speed of 12 Gbit/s. The controller features 2 internal mini-SAS-HD ports, 8 internal mini-SAS ports, a PCI Express x8 host interface (version 3.0), and a Type-A form factor. Compatible with HPE ProLiant servers and FIPS 140-2 Level 1 certified. The 2048 MB internal cache and 64-bit LBA support enhance performance in server environments.
